I attribute my success to perseverance, passion for my craft, and a willingness to embrace every opportunity—from winning Chopped to competing in the Donut Dash and even having the incredible experience of meeting Martha Stewart.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to lead by example and live by the mindset that “nothing is beneath me,” which keeps me grounded, humble, and fully committed to every task.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are compassion, community, and generosity—I find purpose in giving back, whether through supporting St. Jude’s or contributing to local food pantries.
