The best career advice I’ve ever received is to “make the most of your opportunity,” which reminds me to stay present, be proactive, and bring my best to every role and challenge.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to work hard, stay curious, believe in your abilities, and never be afraid to speak up or take a seat at the table.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
One of the values I hold most important in both my work and personal life is integrity—showing up authentically and treating others with respect. I’m also deeply committed to growth, inclusion, and collaboration, which is reflected in my passion for continuous learning, mentoring, and the recognition I’ve received for contributing to diversity and supporting leadership. Outside of work, I find balance and inspiration in nature, gardening, training, cooking, reading, and most of all, spending meaningful time with my family.
